No binding obligation arises on Z Squared until a formal written agreement has been executed.
Enquiries submitted via this website constitute an invitation to treat only and are not binding on either party.
Online Store
All purchases made through the Z Squared online store are subject to the following conditions:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
- Orders: Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is not formed until Z Squared accepts your order, which may be confirmed via email or dispatch notification. Z Squared reserves the right to decline any order at its absolute discretion, including where a product is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred.
- Shipping: Orders are dispatched from Newcastle, NSW. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Z Squared is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Returns & Refunds: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded, restricted, or modified by these Terms. Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund at your election. Where a failure is minor, Z Squared may choose to repair rather than replace or refund. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated on the relevant product listing.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this website – including but not limited to designs, schematics, product documentation, firmware, images, logos, and written text – remains the intellectual property of Z Squared or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable intellectual property laws. No licence to use any such content is granted by mere access to this website.
Where products incorporate open-source hardware or software, the applicable open-source licence will be disclosed on the relevant product page. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted under such licences.
Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Z Squared and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your unlawful use of this website.
